A lot of people like to snicker and talk behind my back about the choices I have made in life. As with most of you I am sure I am not alone in feeling a little upset as people judge your choices based on the events in their lives. Their ideals, their prejudices, well I am just me and i do not claim to be anything more. My choices, be them good or bad, are mine and they have made me into the man that I am today and for the most part i really like the man that I am today.
The point here is you cannot judge someone else's life based on the experiences in your own. Life is not a black and white affair. It is many shades of gray, and no I am not talking about the book of lady porn. I am saying what works for me, makes me happy, keeps me going may not be what works for anyone else. What works for someone else may seem completely crazy and illogical to me. However at the end of the day each of us, on our own, had to be able to live with ourselves.
It doesn't matter what other people think, it matters even less what other people say. Be Yourself, do the things that make you you and let the rest of the pieces of your life fall into place.
